I'm Michael Spedding, and Fresh Insights is my practice – which means that when you choose Fresh Insights, you're choosing to work with me directly (although I can draw on my Henley Business School network for larger engagements).

Why choose to work with me? With over 30 years’ experience as a CEO, CFO and COO in global companies, I’ve lived the highs and lows of leadership. I understand the weight of responsibility, the complexity of decision-making, and the drive to create meaningful outcomes. I’ve walked in your shoes.

Throughout my corporate years, I was always passionate about helping others grow, both as leaders and as individuals. Accordingly, I went on to gain professional certification in coaching from Henley Business School, and Senior Practitioner accreditation in coaching/mentoring from EMCC, and create Fresh Insights – combining real-world experience with proven, transformative methodologies.  

Today, whether as coach, mentor or board advisor, I empower leaders to navigate their challenges with clarity and confidence. Together, we uncover strengths, unlock potential, and create strategies for sustainable success. For me, it’s not just about results – it’s about seeing people thrive, find their purpose, and build something they’re proud of.
